This policy explains what personal data TikGameX collects, why we use it, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
TikGameX is the controller of the data collected through this site. For any request related to this policy, write to privacy@tikgamex.it.

We use third-party providers to run the service: Railway (database and backend hosting), Resend (transactional emails, e.g. password reset codes) and Roblox Corporation (OAuth authentication, only if you link your Roblox account). These providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete it at any time from the "Danger zone" section of the dashboard: deletion is immediate and permanent.
Some providers (Railway, Resend, Roblox Corporation) are based in or operate infrastructure in the United States. Where this applies, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@tikgamex.it or, for deletion, directly from the dashboard.
The service is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account without parental consent, contact us to have the data removed.
We may update this policy over time: the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
