This Privacy Policy describes how TikGameX collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users who visit tikgamex.com and use the services offered.

Using the site involves the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and, where applicable, other national and foreign data protection laws.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users who:

• visit the site;
• create an account;
• purchase a subscription;
• use the software distributed by TikGameX;
• contact support;
• interact with the services offered.

3. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, TikGameX may collect the following categories of data:

Identification data

• Email address
• TikTok username, voluntarily entered to link your public livestream
• Roblox ID, voluntarily entered ahead of the upcoming Roblox integration

Your TikTok username and Roblox ID are text you declare yourself: TikGameX never asks for or receives the login credentials (username/password) of your TikTok or Roblox accounts, and does not perform any OAuth authentication with those platforms.

Account data

• Password (stored only in encrypted form, never in plain text)
• Registration date
• Subscription status and purchased plan

Game configuration data (Minecraft)

If you enable the Minecraft integration by installing the TikGameXBridge plugin on your server, we collect:

• a secret plugin token, generated by the site and used solely by your Minecraft server to authenticate to our API (not tied to your browser session);
• the game profile configuration you set up in the dashboard (e.g. which in-game action to trigger for a gift, or for a like/follower threshold reached during your livestream);
• the plugin's connection status (the last time your server contacted our API), shown in the dashboard as "plugin online/offline".

Payment data

TikGameX does not store full payment card data. Payments are processed by external payment service providers, in particular PayPal. You are also subject to the privacy policy of the respective payment provider.

Technical data

While browsing, the following may be collected automatically:

• IP address;
• browser type and operating system;
• date and time of requests;
• pages visited;
• security and access logs, to prevent unauthorized access.

Data provided voluntarily

You may provide additional information when contacting support, submitting reports, or communicating with TikGameX by email.

4. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed to:

• create and manage your account;
• provide access to the software and services purchased;
• receive public events from your TikTok livestream (gifts, likes, follows) in real time via the username you provide, and route them as actions to the game you connect (currently Minecraft) according to the profile you configured;
• process payments and manage subscription renewals;
• verify the validity of subscriptions;
• ensure platform security and prevent fraud or unauthorized use;
• provide technical support and respond to user requests;
• comply with legal obligations;
• protect TikGameX's rights in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.

5. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is based, depending on the case, on one or more of the following legal bases:

• performance of a contract (e.g. account creation, subscription delivery);
• compliance with legal obligations;
• consent of the data subject, where required (e.g. voluntary linking of a Roblox/TikTok account);
• legitimate interest of the controller, respecting the rights and freedoms of the user (e.g. fraud prevention and security).

6. Third-party providers and transfers outside the EU

To deliver the service we rely on third-party providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service:

• Railway — database and backend hosting;
• Resend — sending transactional emails (e.g. receipts, password reset codes);
• PayPal — payment processing and recurring subscriptions;
• Google Fonts — loading the site's typefaces (involves transmitting your IP address to Google).

Some of these providers are based in or operate infrastructure in the United States. Where this applies, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

7. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and in particular for as long as your account is active: you can delete it at any time from the "Danger zone" section of the dashboard, with immediate and permanent effect.

Data may be retained for longer periods where required by law, for tax, accounting, security purposes, or to manage disputes. At the end of the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• request rectification if inaccurate or incomplete;
• request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), within the limits set by law;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• request data portability in a structured format;
• lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

9. Data security

TikGameX adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or unlawful disclosure. However, no IT system can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that transmitting data over the Internet involves a residual risk.

10. Children

TikGameX's services are not directed at children under 16 and are not intended for anyone who lacks the capacity to validly consent to the processing of personal data under applicable law. If TikGameX becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a minor in violation of applicable law, it will take reasonable steps to delete it without undue delay.

11. Changes to this policy

TikGameX reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated version will always be published on tikgamex.com, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version of the policy, within the limits permitted by law.
